Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
- 3 TBSP Butter
- 1 Medium Egg
- 16 oz Cream Cheese
- 4 TBSP Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and melted butter until the mixture forms a dough.
- Press the dough into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish, forming a crust.
- In another mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, and cocoa powder until smooth.
- Add in the egg and mix until well combined.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Let cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
