Keto Chocolate Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 3 TBSP Butter
  • 1 Medium Egg
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese
  • 4 TBSP Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and melted butter until the mixture forms a dough.
  3. Press the dough into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish, forming a crust.
  4. In another mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, and cocoa powder until smooth.
  5. Add in the egg and mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture into the crust.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Let cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
